What are you talking about? Why would you ban someone for non-malicous griefing? That is easily corrected with a 'talking-to'.

I think you misunderstood my example. This example wasn't way, way out into the wilderness. This was just undeveloped land.

My proposed solution was not to ban people who do this, but only to restrict one res flag from member rank. I am now convinced that this isn't the best solution. iSurgez provided an excellent example of why this shouldn't be changed. I am satisfied with having a review process that determines if the res flag is warranted, and Akondar assures me that this already happens.

Plenty of times I have been jetpacking in the nether/world and have hit an invisible wall. You are left trial an error'ing to find the border of the place to get around. Very Frustrating!

 

there are some good reasons to and fro for this argument but personally I like having the no move perms on res's but it would be nice if someone could get incontact with the author of the res mod and ask them if it would at all be possible to do an illusion wall for res borders that way you can see where these walls are and not run into them and have an epilepsy fit
